New Jeep Owner in Tulsa
Hi all! I have just recently purchased my first ever Jeep vehicle, it's also my first ever 4x4. The wife needed a new vehicle, and said she had a Grand Cherokee when she was a teenager, so I got us one. It's got the 4.0 engine, which looks and sounds suspiciously like the 258 straight six in the AMC Concord my parents had when I was a kid.
Very nice vehicle so far, haven't got it dirty yet. It has full time 4 wheel drive, and more buttons on the inside than I know what to do with. All seems to work good, even the A/C which is critical for August in Tulsa.
What common problems do these vehicles have? Anything I should be on the lookout for? I understand the gas mileage may leave something to be desired, but it's not too important to us because the wife will drive it 4 miles to work.
