I suggest either R&R Auto in Brooklyn, Rick has been a long time jeep guy and has owned many XJ's of his own, or World Tour Offroad in Annapolis as Paul has also been a long time jeep guy. They're the 2 local shops I've had do work to my jeeps over the years.
