Hello everyone. New here and new to the Jeep world. I just picked up a 98 XJ and I love it. I love turning wrenches so I'm a little disappointed it's already been modded, but I'm still making it mine. I just ordered the last of the stuff I needed to make it reliable enough for my upcoming move to MD. I figured having brakes, fresh fluids and no leaks would be a plus. Once I get there I'll be cleaning up the exhaust system and getting the underside media blasted so I can patch a few rust spots; then I'll rustproof the hell out of it. I've always loved the Jeep family mentality and I needed a chance of pace so I'm taking a break from my beloved Mustangs for a while.
