Default New Guy from NY State

Just bought a 2000 Cherokee Sport 4.0 Auto... now I want to learn all about Cherokees (Another words, I want to learn from all your good fortune and misfortune). My son and I modified a Chevy ZR2 Blazer in the past so I'm not totally new to Lifts, Tires, ect. First question is all your opinions on suspension lifts...I'm going to start by putting on 31's maybe 32's on it...how tall do I go and what systems are the best. Next is lockers...front and rear. Haven't even crawled under it yet but I imagine I have a 30 on the front and a 35 on the back. What systems are the best (air, electric, ect) keeping in mind this Jeep will be on the road most of the time but in the winter up here, on the road is pretty bad most of the time. All input is welcome...Ric

If you have anti-lock brakes, you have a D35, if you don't you have a Chrysler 8.25.

Welcome to CF from COS!!
