I work at a jeep dealership and i needed something that will get me through the winter and to have a little fun in.

planning on doing a budget 4.5 inch lift kit. Maybe some 35's and a basket up on the roof rack for my spare tire

Welcome, from Maryland. If ytou paln on doing a 4.5' lift, run some 33's. 35's will tend to rub. Unless you don't mind cutting the fenders.
