New to Cherokees...from Alabama.
Just purchased a solid 1995 Grand Cherokee; 4.0L 6 CYK w. 160K. I am brand new to Jeeps and Jeep Cherokees. I bought it to put on the hunting lease as my other truck is a GMC 1 TON Dually; can't fit in the woods.
I know that I'd like to upgrade/change a few things, but I really don't know where to start. Please help with some answers/guidance; I'd certainly be grateful:
1. Are there any known issues with this year Cherokee?
2. Any sites that deal in good quality aftermarket products such as headliners, floorliners, fender shrouds, etc.?
3. The 4x4 system on this vehicle, when it goes into gear it says "PART TIME" no matter whether 4 HI or 4 LO...is it that this vehicle has limited slip front end...?
Thank you, and I'm enjoying looking around. And I am supporter; joined as a premium member.

Hey Bryant. Thank You for Your Service.
1. Some have wiring issues, some have trans issues.
Keep the trans fluid and filter full and changed at the proper intervals. I never recommend flushing. It can harm more than help in high mileage vehicles where no fluid changes have been done before.
2. Not that I know.
3. This explains your Selec-Trac: http://www.wjjeeps.com/tcases.htm#SELEC

Thank you all...and you words about my military service are kind; thank you. 31 years now; not leaving yet; I know how to fight and if I can keep just one of these young ones alive, I'm staying.
I'm sure I'll enjoy my Cherokee. I'd like to strip out the interior and put in one big rubber liner, but I can't find it yet. I'll probably lift it some and put a heavy front and rear bumper along with a med size winch.
