Default New From Atlanta

Hi Guys,

Over the last few years, I borrowed my neighbors '93 XJ many times to haul stuff around, unfortunately she recently passed, but she was kind enough to leave me her XJ in her will. I'll be restoring the Jeep in respect of her and the kindness she showed me.

Its a little tired, has an odd intermittent miss at part throttle, so will be looking at rotor, points and wires. Suspension needs replacing , looking at one of the 3" lift kits since I won't be going off road in an serious fashion in a 2WD. Already got a new headliner. as the 2" sag sitting on my head is a bit annoying

Will probably do a

* zone off road 3" kit with new leafs and shocks
* 31" tires + soft 8 wheels at some point, probably paint the stock black for now
* replace grill (its in pieces)
* replace head lamp wires with putco harness

Looking forward to learning on the forum

looks nice and clean, lucky find! along with the parts you said, you might as well include new plugs since theyre pretty cheap and will pretty much complete the ignition system check. and id probably do the headlight harness after the ignition just because of the world of difference it makes. i couldnt believe how brighter the lights are with that simple mod, and its also pretty cheap. welcome welcome.

Thanks, ordered the Zone Off Road 4.5" lift kit last night, and picking up plugs and the other stuff this weekend, start tearing her down on Saturday.
