My Intro
 

Hey all. I picked a 99 XJ last weekend to build for my Wife to accompany me on our Rausch Creek (the local off road park) trips.

Just checking in. I'll be starting a build thread in the appropriate sub form momentarily.

Here's the XJ and my current rig. I'm sure I've seen a few of you guys at Rausch already.

lol, I didn't even look. Us PA guys don't have to run tags on the front of our cars. So it's not ingrained in my psyche to even look. Good eyes! :icon_eek:

Ha yes The 5 years I lived in PA was nice not having to run front plates

I'm originally from NJ but I definitely liked living in a free state better. NJ sucks. I liked driving out to the woods with my jeep loaded with guns and my conceal on my hip just to target practice. Not to mention how expensive it is to live here.

Rodger that dude. My parent's friends live in Woodstown, NJ. They are always saying how high the property tax is. You come to rausch much?

Yup, Northern NJ. Mahwah actually. My Wife is from PA though and her Mom is still there in Coopersburg. The family also has a hunting cabin on Nina small lake in the Poconos. We get down to PA quite often. In the next couple of years I think we'll be moving down. I'm from NH. Can't wait to get out of this rat race...

Tell me about it. I grew up in NH. Carry permit, AKs and ARs, high capacity mags, etc. Moving here was a bit of culture shock...

True my friend. There are plenty worse places then NJ though, I still vote for new york. Hope to see you up at rausch or out wheeling.

Sure thing. The XJ might not make it this year. We'll be there in the Taco though for sure.
