Looks good, but expect to put a lot of work into it nonetheless if you are serious about taking good care of it. The best thing you can do now that you've found the forums is to READ READ READ.
Before you go joyriding, change/flush every fluid that thing has.
Engine oil, differential oil, transmission oil (do not flush; drain as much as comes out the drain plug then top it off; do this again after driving it for awhile; repeat 3 or 4 times until fluid is pink again), brake fluid, coolant, power steering fluid. Looks like a 2wd, so you don't have to fuss with transfer case or front axle.
Take a thorough inventory of ALL rust and start researching and planning how to deal with it. Post photos here, and lots of guys will help you plan a course of action. Rust only gets worse, more difficult, and more expensive the longer you wait, and eventually it will turn a great car into a parts car.

In the same boat with you. Just purchased my first 01 Cherokee Sport. So far so good, last owner took pretty good care but just joined forum, reading through to find out all sorts of things. Running into the issue with low oil pressure reading on Oil pressure gauge, replaced oil pressure sending unit and still running into this issue. Good luck with your new Jeep.
