Default my 90 xj

so im new and i just want some advice for my cherokee i have already put a 3 in rustys lift on it and i need more flex any ideas and what is the best tuff light weight metal to make bumpers out of

do you disconnect your front sway bar when goin g off road? also if you havent yet you can take your rear sway bar off permanently and it wont affect ride on the road at all

so i can take both sway bars out and it wont hurt anything i didnt put the disconnects on i didnt know how important the were

nooooo just the rear and it wint hurt, get some quick disconnects for the front, you can disconnect it on the trail then connect it back when on the road

long arm is waaayyyyy better, if you have the money and fab skills get some man that would be sweet

just get those quick disconnects, and maybe some adjustable control arms for better flex if you want, other than that theres not much more to do at that height, you really dont need long arms at 3''

would it help if i got coil spring spacers and shakles to give me another inch an a half

the shackels would give you more flex but then you would have to get longer shocks and then get an adjustable track bar, if you want more flex just go to roughcountry.com and buy their 4.5'' kit with full leaf packs the kit has everything you need

would 6.5 in lift be to much for a dd

no but you would need an SYE and with the tires your gonna get probly 35's to make it look good, you will need to regear and all this is very expensive....very very expensive!!!! just stay at 3'' for now and take you rear sway bar off, and get quick disconnects for the front.....then when your ready to move up then you can go bigger

haha sorry man but its reality, im lucky to have my 4.5'' lift,ive got a t-case drop and stock gears runnin 33's so im a broke man right now haha when i find a lottery ticket on the ground and win millions of dollars ill do all that stuff haha
