LSx swap
Naw I'm just kidding, but since you're here check out my intro.
I'm Greg, I do VW stuff. My family is growing so I recently traded the old **** machine for my first 4x4. The new car for us is a 2000 Jeep Cherokee SE, 4l Auto 4x4. It's no bigger than our 1990 VW Passat wagon :
But it got my family high off the ground, and it has air bags. It will also pull a tow dolly I hear, which I use often with the help of my work truck and my cousin's P71:
Here's the Jeep, you guys know about them though.
I had just painted the faded front bumper and hadn't replaced the plastic ends yet. It's green. Whatever.
I already did a 'mod'
Just need a oil pressure sending unit.
The deal is I need a solid daily that will tow when I need it to. I'd like to learn how to get a little more fuel mileage and power out of it and maybe some stability with a trailer. Thanks!
Now here's a few of my current and past projects:
190e 2.3 8v 5 speed (awaiting a 3.2l 24v swap)
1990 Jetta GLI VR6 swap (building for myself as a daily)
My old 86 Jettalac coupe
This MK3 Jetta I once saved:
Of course I've had more but that's it for tonight!
