Looking to buy 2000 Cherokee Sport ???
Hello,
Just joined forum , great source of help! I'm looking to buy a 2000 cherokee sport for my sons first car. Is there anything special I should be looking for ? I see some with 150-175K miles and others with less miles have MORE Rust !
I'm pretty handy in garage , so I'll be able to tackle most repairs. I found a couple that look pretty nice until I find out they have a Rebuilt title?
Just looking for any input from XJ owners . Or people who were looking for the first time such as I am.

I would be careful with that year, have you heard of the 0331 head casting defect? It's prone to cracking. I know mine did at about 130k. Just something to be aware of. Other than that, I have a 2000 Cherokee sport and couldn't be happier with it. Here's a picture of it.
