Hey everyone I browse on here trying to fix up my Jeep after just purchasing it about a month ago and figured I register.

I purchased a 1997 XJ from an auto auction site called Copart.

Runs and drives and has little things wrong with it. Other then the big rust issue like most. But other then that just routine maintenance stuff that needs to be done on it.

Thanks in advance for the help that people have already shared and for the answer to questions I have in the future.

Plans so far are just the routine maintenance.
Fluids, spark plugs, fuel injectors, brakes even though apparently have a recall for the front rotors. Not sure about lift wheels and tires yet. Thinking if i do lift it probably be a 3” lift on 31” tires.

Thanks. Ya just has some rust on the rocker panel and two of the four doors. Plan on fixing those soon
