so this is my first jeep its a 2001 has 67,000 mi on it is already lifted sitting on 31s other than that from what i can tell its bone stock. now questions i have alot feel free to help me figure out what i have here. this
is not my only car but i will drive it from time to time on and off.

not sure how much of a lift i have?
is it origanal colour or repaint never seen such a bright red?
is the 4.0 a good engine?
what should i do to it first?
how much should i have paid?

i guess thats all for now i want to build this up the best i can money isnt that tight so i can through some at it also building up my old ford probe with about the same amount of miles both cars i dont want to drive there to nice lol somthing i can have on and off road and still have fun here and there sorry for the long first post hello everyone and thanks to any replys

If you're on 31" tires you most likely have a 3" lift. There is more than enough information here for you to build it to your hearts desire. Have fun and enjoy!

Just keep up on the maintenance and the 4.0 will last a few hundred thousand miles. I would upgrade your cooling system first, you don't want a cracked head as the '00 '01 are prone to

I'd say that's a stock paintjob... you're not missing any decals or anything like that.. check areas that maaco wouldn't usually bother painting... door jambs, under hood, wheel wells, under carpet... but yeah, I'm 99% sure it's stock, or at least a repaint of the stock color. Looks great though!

 

My $.02 on the cost: it really depends on where you're located. That looks like a limited model, so here in California with that kind of mileage it would probably sell for $6000-$7000. That said, nice Cherokees are VERY hard to find here and the general cost of living is much higher, so people can ask absurd prices.
