What's up guys. I wanna say hello to all of you. I am not a current jeep owner, but soon will be. I am looking to get a xj. It is going to be my daily driver and occasional offroad toy. I like to hunt and fish so I think a jeep is going to be my best option. I only have about 2k to purchase it with, I will be planning to do a lift and bigger tires asap. That is unless I get one with that already equipped. I'm sure I will have to do lots more reading on here, and more than likely create some threads for some jeep advice. I do hate using search but I try. Before I leave my intro, Is there any certain years in specific I should look for when I shop for my xj? thanks in advance. ROOPS.

98 & 99 seem to be the top choice just going by what I've read on here.
Although I have a 96 and am very happy with it.
Check underneath thoroughly for rust!
Drive it for at least 1/2 hr.
