Default Hi Guys, newbie from K C

Hello all,

New Jeep owner here, new to me that is. I had never owned a Jeep in my entire 65 years but that changed recently when I bought a 1995 Cherokee Country. 250000 and a wrecked front driver side fender. It started good, drove good and most everything worked so I figured it was $600 well spent.
Not long after that I found this forum. This place is awesome !!! Very friendly and super knowledgeable people. Unfortunately I don’t have the finances to do any kind of building on her. A slight lift would be nice and maybe a cargo basket up top but for now it is doing a fine job of getting me point A to point B and back.

Welcome! For a good budget lift, look at Zone Offroad. I loved my kit on my XJ and it was only 650 or so for 4.5 inches

Welcome to the Jeep family and the forum. Lots of good info here... and no worries... we all start where we can with them and often times that's just getting them reliable enough for A to B in the beginning.
And you'll find some here that like to do little mods but keep the stock height so as not to start another bottomless pit of mods for changing the stock geometry, and will just run slightly larger than stock tires that gives it a good look.
