Hello guys !
My name is Fredo, i'm french and live in france.
I'm 26 and i'm soldier in french air force.
I've got an XJ Cherokee 2.5L gas engine, year 1993, 3 doors.
4.5" lift kit, powertrax lockright front and rear, tires fedima trial us 31" (great tires for hard offroad ;)), home made snorkel with direct admission kit... etc...

My XJ is my hobbie, i like working on it and doing everything by myself, and of course offroading on hard fields ! :)

I'm of course registered on some french Jeep forums but i join your's just because i'm sure you can teach me a lot of thing on the XJ. Who can know more on Jeep than americans jeepers ?!?!?! LOL

I'm here too because i like speaking english and learning this language.
So, i'm really sorry for my bad english and all the mistakes i did and i will do. ;)

Is that a Mercedes that you are parked next to in your last picture? and is it diesel or gas?

Its a Land Rover... I believe a Defender 90.

No it's not a Mercedes, it's a Land Rover Defender 90 TD5, so a diesel.
It's a very common 4x4 in France and in Europe. But very expensive for the last models.
