Hi Country
Great Site! I just bought a 1993 2dr. Sport for my son (and me). It's a one owner, garage kept beauty, with only 98,000 miles and a 5 spd! Pretty rare find in Colorado in this condition. Owned by a doctor and all services were done on time and by a local quality shop. I'm looking forward to modding it a little at a time, and teaching my 16 year old how to drive a stick and 4wd.
I've owned a CJ5, CJ7, 4runner, numerous pathfinders (Nissan fan), and recently sold a Scout II that I had fully restored. The Sport reminds me a lot of the Scout; tough, fairly simple and easy to upgrade, except without the rust. Lots of great knowledge and experience on this board!

Here is a picture of my old Scout. This is right after I restored it in 2001. It started to rust again around the widow frame (you can't stop it without replacing all original sheet metal) and I had another project car to work on, so I sold it in 2007. I will miss the D44's on the Cherokee, but that's just a "work around" at this point.

XJ pics to follow! It's sitting outside now covered in snow. I guess I'll have to go wheel a little bit. The PO had put on new Michelins (although stock size) and they are great in the snow.
