What's going on guys? I'm Sam, I'm 19, and I'm from Huntsville, AL. I just got my XJ this summer and I'm crazy about it. It's a 1999 2-door sport 4.0L with pretty low miles, and man this thing is the fun. I purchased it from a collector in Oregon and he had already installed a 4.5" rubicon express full kit and threw on some nice newer wrangler wheels and some BFGs. Also came with an aftermarket sunroof that actually doesn't leak (so far at least)! It was a total steal for just around $7000 with shipping. I would have rather done all of these things myself and gained the experience, but I do have a lot of plans for the future of my jeep (building towards a DD/weekend warrior), but progress is going to take a little time as I'm currently a freshman at the University of Alabama (ROLL TIDE). Anyway, just wanted to give a little introduction about me and the XJ. I don't have a lot of mechanical background yet because I just haven't had the opportunity, so I hope I don't ask too many stupid questions. Thanks for reading!

Welcome to the Forum and to XJ ownership Samzim99 !

Nice looking jeep ! I really like the look and the stance works really good with the color/wheel and tire combo.

Thanks so much, man. I love how well everything works together. The previous owner painted the bumpers, flares, and grill to match the grey in the wheels, I forget the color but it's a factory wrangler color. I'd almost hate to change it up
