Default help on buying a jeep advice please.

hey, hows it going? new here from souther cali. been browsing your webpage for a couple weeks now and i finally regestered!! im looking to buy a jeep but im not sure what kind or what model to go with?. my dad recently got that new 4dr jk and its pritty cool to go wheelin i would like to have my own rig to join with him. any advice or ideas?? comments appriciated much. thank you : )

All we can do is through out some suggestions for you, it's really up to you as for what you really want or need, ya know?

The fact is though, a decent Jeep Cherokee can me had for next to nothing if you shop around a bit. There are literally millions out there and parts are WAY cheap! For less than $2,000, you can have a trail ready XJ to wheel right around Dad!!!

Feel free to lurk around our Picture and Build Threads to give you some more ideas.

thanks guys appriciate the advice. is a 2dr any diffrent than a 4dr and what is better? also what would be a good year to go with? i was thiking like a 97 or 94 5spd with a inline 6 but not sure about a 4dr or 2dr

I personally like the 2 Door because there's just not alot of them out there. Us 2 Door guys know what's going on!!!

so is it true that the 2drs have more body flex than the 4dr and hows the seating in the back?

I haven't not noticed any flex issues yet. they say that they flex a bit more and they're not as tough, but i don't really know.

2 doors are the same as 4 doors, except for the doors!
