Default Hello from SoCal! Just got my new Jeep! (Pics) :)

Hi all! I just became a proud Jeep owner as of yesterday! I bought a 2001 XJ Sport w/ 140k on the odo. It runs strong but has a few problems:

Vibration in driveline at higher speeds or when I "get on it"
Rust on the underbody, but not too bad
Sagging leafs in the back
Parking break doesn't function

So I figure I'm going to tackle those problems like this:

New suspension lift with new leafs (3")
Pay someone to fix the P-break? (unless it's easy?)
WTF DO I DO ABOUT THE RUST?!

In case you can't tell, I'm pretty new to cars. I'm 19 and this is my second truck (I had a 5spd 2003 Ranger Edge 2wd before this) and now I want to get into understanding how they work and learning to work on my own vehicles, hence why I bought a vehicle with a couple problems for cheaper.

Excited to be a part of the forums!

Parking brake is easy, welcome to the Family. You should come by our M&G if you are in the area.
