Talking Hello from Salem VA

WHats up? Yea Im new here an lookin foward to learnin some jeep stuff. Bought my first jeep about 5 or 6 months ago its a 97 XJ.Sport, I bought it bone stock and did all my on mods, 4 inch lift, 32-11.50 wild countrys and a home made roof rack I made my self. [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG]

Thanks belto, A friend of mine gave those to me. Im in the market for some 15x10s I want the mudd to sling high!!!!! lol

drakan1908, He lives in Salem and drives a Grand Cherokee. I think I seen your Jeep awile back in Roanoke, goin down 220.

I hate the upper lake I wish they would drain it. I live about 3 miles from SML Dam.

Upper lake? what part are you talkin about and why do you hate it. are you talkin about smith mnt lake as the upper? I hope not I have property on smith! Not to mention the fishin. lol heck it like 7 ft low now............

Yes I'm talking about SML. I was rised on the lower lake Leesville where the roanoke river and pigg merge. The only way you can get any fishing done on the upper lake is own a boat or own land. It is over crowded with rich stuck-up people running jet skis and flying on boats. Leesville bank are washing away because of the dam pumping out and pulling in water. It wasn't while thought out on AEPs part.

I agree on the bank arrosion cause its doin it to smith also. because of the pumpin and suckin they do to generate the power. I mostly use it during the week. Very nice during the week hardly even see a boat on the water. Plus I do most of my fishin at night when they are doin the most of there feedin.
