...I'm getting a free cherokee!

My name is Collin, not new to cars or jeeps, just new to cherokees.

I'm mainly into old BMW's (e30s specifically) and german cars, but my brother in law has this old gem just waiting to be rescued.

I'm here mainly for technical info, I'm not yet familiar with this platform, but I have a few basic ideas I would like to research.

It's a 1991 4 door automatic in a deep green. I'm going to pick her up and beat the hell out of her for a year or two.

Welcome to CF from Buck in western Washington state. Just take a look at my pics to see the future of your XJ. MY 91 is pretty dented up after 5 years of wheeling hell but, she still cranks over with a turn of the key and gets me to and from work every day.

Unfortunately mine is going to be seeing mostly to and from work everyday, I do plan on exploring a bit of the woods near here.

Forgot to say earlier I'm from central PA, lots of off road opportunities, but I'll be on the dirt park roads for most of the time I'm not on tarmac.
