Greetings! XJ newbie with some gems!
 

Hello all! I've been lurking this forum for a few months learning about XJs since my roommate acquired two of them from a family member that passed away and I thought I'd finally say hi and show them off. :icon_cheesygrin:

First one is the one that I've been putting work into...it's a 92 XJ Sport with 98,000 miles and factory tow package. One owner, who did dealership inspections and maintenance every 2,000 miles WITH documentation...it's crazy. So far I've removed the 80's looking decals all around, took off the roof racks, installed a 2" rear leaf spring shackle, made a warm air intake with an AEM dry filter, installed a 205F gates thermostat, gapped spark plugs to 0.040, installed some Osram 105w LED headlights, and seafoamed the throttle body. Last fillup of 80/20 city/highway driving was 17.6mpg. Plans include window tint, installing the 2" front coil spacers I got, and 16" moab wheels with 235/75r16 Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws.



The second one is and will be staying a garage queen as a collector's item...its a 93 XJ Country with *GASP* 54,605 miles!!! Bone stock, also documented dealership trips every 2,000 miles. It even has the original window sticker! I was told my roommate's aunt and her grandma would buy identical vehicles (before this they had matching 71 Mustang Boss 351s that they traded in for the jeeps OMG!!!). The only thing I've done is add an aux transmission radiator and drive it for groceries a mile a way once a week. I've been looking everywhere online, and have yet to find a 93 with this low of miles, not to mention actually maintained and not rotting away for decades never started up.
