Greetings from Germany

Greetings everyone, Daniel here. I'm not new to the Jeep world but am new to the Cherokee world. I acquired my first Cherokee about 2 months ago. I saved her from a certain death in a pull apart yard. After our first month together I actually thought I may have bit off more than I can chew, but after many hours of TLC, a laundry list of new parts, and a way over spend budget that had my wife growing gray hair...she's able to be a daily driver with a average mpg of right around 24 on the highway...and now ladies and gentlemen I give you "The Abused". She's a 1998 Cherokee Sport with the 4.0 I6 and 5-Speed manual. She still has a long road ahead of her. Still in the works is a complete rebuild on both axles to include brakes. The suspension in its current state is, well, its functional. One of her former owners instead of replacing old worn out leafs, just installed 2" lift shackles to raise a sagging rear end.... so thats on the to do list, plan on just replacing everything with a old man emu 1.5" lift kit. Well everyone, thats it for now, but be on the look out for a build topic once the wife approves the new budget. Thanks
