I'm new to the Cherokee, I had wanted one for years, but just never happened until now. A few days ago I ended up buying an operational 89 Laredo that has at minimum a valve cover leak, but pretty sure something is up with the head as well since the first time I looked at it the oil had the frothy chocolate milk look to it. I also bought a rusted out 93 XJ that was an old mail truck to do an engine swap with as well as plan to cut the body in half and use the back as a trailer. I've never done any of this before and discovered this forum as I've had tons of questions about changing out various parts to get my 89 where I want it for some road tripping.
