First time Jeep owner, CA Bay Area
Just picked up a 2000 XJ this past weekend and am very much excited to make this thing solid!
The day after getting the Jeep I lubed up the slip joint to get rid of the gnarly shifting when coming and going to and from a stop.
I suspect I have the popular flexplate issue and hope to check that out tonight!
Other than that, perhaps cylinder head top gasket, as well as oil filter adapter seal should be in the works. Then maybe a ~2" lift later down the road.
