Hi and welcome along, the answer is no to your question whether interior or exterior.

i just pulled my carpet and used the rust oleum roll on stuff. so far it's alright. your jeep will stink really bad for a week and road noise will be a bit worse but still tolerable. i was just having leaking issues and wanted to get the carpet pulled and the rust grinded out and slowed down while i could. on the plus side though, if i ever flood the inside of the jeep all i have to do is pop the drain plugs out for a minute and everything is fine.

Oh and what did you do with the sound deadening pads? Scrape removal?

Well day two of prep. Those sound pads really slowed me down, but a heat gun and some of the gummy stuff just picking at it seems to work the fastest. In a turtle race. What would you recommend for the drain plugs to stop them up?

Thanks for the welcome. My liner project turned into a bit more. I now have the headliner prepped to re do. Im thinking a nice dont tread on me flag. As well as removing my doors with quick connectors for easy on off. Nightshade for my tail lights. And in the works to have a custom roof rack put together.

Rustoleum is better. I have used both on my Jeep.

Well a little late now. And the rusoleum looks cheap as a dryed finished product.
