I recently got my first Jeep. Moved from racing my luxury sports coupe to something for the family and the beach. Of course I'll have to make space for some mud or rocks somewhere in there I figure.

I'm researching a good setup for my new XJ. As stated, this is a '88 Wagoneer Limited. I've already done some trade for a few items:

Front pipe bumper
MT 33x12.5R15 Baja Claw tires w/ MT classic II rims

I'm looking for lift advise for this particular frame to clear the tires and NOT have to remove the fender skirts, etc.

I'm hoping that the wheels have sufficient offset/backspacing to not rub on the suspension (current tires rub already on tight turns). I believe the rims are
WHEEL, CLASSIC II 15X10 MICKEY THOMPSON
FITS 1987-2006 JEEP WRANGLER YJ, TJ, UNLIMITED
BOLT PATTERN: 5 ON 4.5
BS: 3 5/8
OFFSET: -58MM

I also have some engine issues I need to resolve. So if someone wants a weekend of beer and fajitas with all the trimming let me know you can help...

Welcome to CF. Nice looking Jeep.
Those wheels look like the ones that came on the ZJ Limiteds. My '97 had 16's though, with 247x70x16 tires. (29.5x9.5)

Getting my engine issues resolved finally. Next step is to clean up the jeep and fix my loose drivers seat and sound system. Anyone else have Fridays off?
