04 WJ here.
Bought the wife a 04 WJ special edition V8 and all the bells and whistles with only 31,000 miles on it. Purchased it about 3 months or so before I deployed again.
I will be building this up a little for the wife as it is her toy to haul around the kido's in. Every mod will have her approval, As far as apperance goes. Performace is my call. I have my toys, This one is for her. I have a great wife that loves 4wheeling/camping with the family and is ok with me building toys. Well at least for the last 10 years she has been cool about it.
As of now it is completly stock. Only thing I added before I left was a factory t=case skid.
Here's a few pictures of the "mom's" jeep.

Sweet, and it's not even broken in yet! Great find. Here's a site with lots of useful WJ info. http://www.wjjeeps.com/index.htm
Since I've got an '04, I'll tell you if it hasn't been done there is a recall on the heated seats, among other things, but the seats can cause a fire. http://www.wjjeeps.com/recall.htm

Had the WJ for probally about a year now. Just haven't posted on this forum as I have been deployed and still am. I did get a great deal on it and researched the wjjeeps site and other forums for probally a year before purchase of this WJ.
Glad to be apart of this forum. I know the "creators" of the site alittle as they know me from wranglerforum. That is if Deverhart/Khenderson does indeed still own this site. Not sure????
Also....Deverhart if you see this......I know there was some issue's to deal with the "winch"....But whatever they were....No worries Bud.....
AND THANK YOU DEVERHART!

Do you hear banjos?
Welcome to CF from COS!!
They are no longer with us. The site was sold about a year ago. The current owners are Nathan & Jonf.
