Chris doesn't ship the bars welded because it is so expensive...

Yall have to consider that buying them new you have to wait 6+ weeks for the bumper to be made. Youd be paying extra so you dont have to wait. Great product though I love mine.

If you all pay attention to what the site states. The "prerunner" tube is NOT welded to the bumper when you receive it directly from L&L. So, if you factor in welding costs to get the tube installed the price is about right. As, msot likely if you cannot/do not have the means to weld it would typically cost at least 50$ to get it welded up.

What's your point? The bumper isn't new so it won't fetch a new price. He didn't show any pictures of the welds so they could be extremely crappy. The bumper has also been sitting unpainted so chances are it has acquired some surface rust. Not a major issue but, again, it puts the bumper in a 'not new' category.

If you're impatient then pay the extra.
