kC Hilites Unversial Light Bar

Had this on my Jeep for about a year no hardware included it all got cut off cause we couldn't get at it. A little dirty/rusty $30 shipped

Does it mount to front of bumper? Not to top? How did you have it mounted those look like some big holes to fill

Had it mounted to front grille holes are not too noticeable bolts are smaller then those front holes
