Yes, I would check the grounds first. When I installed mine I sanded the paint off of the area I was grounding to.

Huge difference, isn't it? People can't believe my lights are factory sealed-beams when they're on. I'll actually get flashed every now and then 'cause they're so bright.

Do you have any left? My 97 would love a new harness. Already did an H4 conversion with sylvania ZXE bulbs, im sure a new harness would let their full potential come out. Please pm.
