Just quick inquiry, Looking to swap in LED lights all around this summer. I know LEDs use less power so I'm just curious if a set of upgraded harnesses would provide any benefits since I'm not needing a higher power output to the lights.

Harness arrived in the mail, really quick. I've been busy, but got it installed today. The rest of my XJ is still in pieces, so I won't get to test them out for a few weeks. Thanks!!

The oem XJ head light set up runs the power from the battery to the switch, through the switch then out to the head lights. That causes power loss by the time it makes it back to the head lights which causes our lights to be dim. This harness takes the power from the battery directly through the relays and out to the light.
The oem setup also causes the head light switch to over heat and go bad.

jhc7399, I wanted to get a quick review back to you ASAP, so I hooked up a battery and tested the beams. It looks like one light is really dim, while the other is brighter. Could that be the ground on that light?
If so, I'll re-ground it and re-test. Thanks!
