I don't have the jeep anymore and I sold all the switches already & didn't realize I had the panel left.
I had this custom made for me a couple years ago from a certain 3-D printing wizard here on the forum.

Do you have a picture of where it was mounted? I would assume somewhere below the radio?

It replaces the factory 3 switch panel under the hvac controls.
