I made these for my jeep it was running a little hot. I did notice about a 10 degree drop in temperature and the hood doesn't get too hot like it does when closed. This allows the hot air in the cramped engine area to escape through the back like a hood scoop.

These are 1 inch square tubing steel coated in bed liner to prevent rust. I do have a lot of material left to make more sets so if there is an interest shoot me a pm and I'll make you a set including hardware for a ready to install set.
