Ordered them the 21st received on the 23rd. I know im in FL but that shows he ships out immediately. Already started paint. Just waiting on the antennas and will post some pics of the full install after. Very pleased with the look and feel of these sick mounts.

i don't know how you got yours mounted pretty flat but on my '98 it's hitting on the curve bump part of the hatch. i had to notched off about .25" so the bracket can lay flat and the bolt can screw in the the tail light hole flush.

Personally, I just put a small bend right there with vice grips, but the design is necessary to make it universal for new and old body style XJs.
Nonetheless, your installation looks great!

How can you attach a flag pole to them? Can you post a picture? I want to order one for a flag but want to see how it mounts first.

I don't have any kind of flags to speak of, but if you get a light flag, you can peg it to a CB whip. I do make a thicker gauge version of the mount for additional weight, but it'll cost a little more.
