Default Rusty's Jeep XJ Transfer Case Skid Plate $75

SOLD

Rusty's XJ transfer case skid plate for the 242.

Brand new. Never mounted but hardware is missing
Does have the scratch that you see in the picture.
Plus a mark here and there.
Don't see why it would not work with a 231 but believe that it hangs lower to accommodate the 242.
If you wheel your Jeep IMO would kind of defeat the purpose cause it would reduce ground clearance.
Would be willing to ship on your dime but it is heavy.
Thinking 30lbs.

Where are you located? I'm in Pittsburgh PA.
If far, could you get a shipping quote to 15136?

A friend of mine has had good luck preprinting the shipping label from USPS and then dropping it off.
Got a LWB Comanche tank skid shipped for $30 across the country.

I am in CT.
Give me a day or 2 to find a good box and pack in up nice nice and I will get to the post office and see what the cost will be.
If you are OK with the shipping we will go from there.
I am going to need to be payed with PayPal.
Hope that works for you.

You do realize this is for the 242 transfer right?
And there are no instructions but some can be found here:

https://www.rustysoffroad.com/media/...RA-JS16-XJ.pdf

I never even mocked it up but guessing for the most part it is pretty self explanatory.
They talk about self tapping screws but if it were me thinking I would use rivnuts.

If you wheel your jeep hard you'll want this to protect your transfer case. I have it, modified it so the drop actually is a flip since i raised my 242 higher. But it's taken a beaten no issue. That's a great price.
