Are we sure these are for an xj and not a grand cherokee?

They might be for either I got them at a junkyard and they were on a cherokee

They could be an older model xj, certainly not the oem for 97-01. That model had a more rounded appearance and fleshed out to the bottom, i've taken a look at sets on cars up close and i'm 95% sure this set is different. But again, it could be 96 and older.
