I have two of these available. Comes with mirror and temp sensor. You will need to supply the wire to connect everything.

Got mine from JHC. Fast shipping and I couldn't be happier with the mirror. Just dont mount the temp sensor inside the engine bay!

This is one of those 'must-do' mods for anyone.
