Yeah it's meant just to bolt up to any xj with a trailer hitch. If u don't have a trailer hitch stock, u htta buy the 30$ nutstrip and drill into the "frame" but most have a hitch originally

Will Do, he texted me a while ago so I def wanna give him first dibbs if anything. Ill keep u posted... No rust. If there is any, it's very light surface rust but it was painted previously So it's in good condition
