I bought these off a guy here a few months ago, and ended up not needing them.
The kit mounts in-between the stock bumper mount and the frame rail, and uses an extra 1/2" carriage bolt behind the steering box. They also brace on the front of the little crossmember there for extra strength.
These have never been mocked up or installed to my knowledge.
They are 1/4" thick and have a black textured powder coating that looks and feels beefy. Comes with all the hardware you'll need, as well as the two hooks.
Unfortunately, there was a mix-up in the fabrication process where the post steering box bolt goes: they're each missing a hole. Kinda strange, as they were center punched for it, just not drilled.
Price is 75$ plus shipping as is, or I can drill and make square the holes (for the carriage bolts) for you for 80$ plus shipping.

These are in pristine condition! I'll be posting them on craigslist sometime this week, I just wanted you guys to have a first shot at em.
