WTB NP242 for my '99 AW4 Equipped XJ
 

Looking to purchase a NP242 transfer case to replace my 231. I'd like to get the wiring harness(s), TC and shift bezel/brackets with it if possible. But if not, just the transfer case is fine. Would prefer to keep it XJ version model years 1998-2001 unless there are other years/models that are a direct plug and play.

I was thinking about doing a trade but have decided that I want to keep my 231. At least for near term until I decide exactly how I will use my XJ once it's done.

I prefer good working condition but will consider one that has a known issue. I plan on throwing a rebuild kit and chain on it anyways.

Not sure about bumping posts or if it's allowed so here I go. Still interested in picking up a 242. I found one at the JY last week, but I really don't have the tools/equipment to remove one at the yard. And they won't do it for me.

I have one out of a 97 with the shifter bezel for trade if you are interested.
