I have it bolted up to my 99 xj with an ax15

Do you think it will bolt up to my 94 xj?

I have the same to a 99 aw4. Will bolt up to any 91+ XJ. Note that you will also need 1310 yokes if not already installed.

Is the clocking the same?

It hangs a hair lower. Maybe 1/2". I don't treat mine nice and have only chipped part of the ribbing. You could clock higher I did no massaging of the floors. I needed 2 new driveshafts that were longer. Ordered from Tattons Driveshaft for $400 shipped.
