Jeep Cherokee Forum - FS [NorRock]: 4.0 Inline 6

I have a Jeep motor out of a 1999 Jeep Cherokee (XJ- not a Grand) for sale. This motor runs wonderfully without ever being over heated, vapor locked, ran dry or anything else. I purchased the Jeep in 2009 with a little over 20,000 miles on it and have religiously ran a synthetic oil in it since then. It does have a little over 160,000 miles on it but never gave me any problems.

I pulled this motor the first week of April to install a 4.6 stroker. It has been in a sealed wooden crate in my garage ever since. I had to swap some of the components to the new motor so not all the accessories are there. What is included (if you want it) : Torque Convertor- Water Pump- Radiator- Ignition Coil- Timing Chain- Throttle Body- Thermostat Housing- Entire Working Block/Head etc- Harmonic Balancer. I also threw in several FelPro gaskets you may need (Oil Pan/ RMS/ Intake+Exhaust/ Oil Filter Adapter/ Water Pump/T-stat etc.) as I purchased two sets for the swap. I do have the exhaust manifold as well but it has a small weldable crack in it.

It does not include the following: Valve Cover- Oil Pan- Oil Filter Adapter- Distributer- Timing Cover- Intake Manifold- Sensors- Pulleys- Motor Mounts.

I also have a Harbor Freight engine stand if you need it for 30$.

Since I did not record it running/you cannot hear it run, I will include a 30 day money back guarantee in writing so should you install it and not like how it runs, I will refund 100% of the money. Like I said it was a very strong running motor- you won't have any problems.
