I sell them 'bout as fast as I can find them. LOL

The mods can't remove the "SOLD" banner. Its a glitch in the matrix. If you look the "stickies" are "SOLD" as well.

I have no idea if the newer GC parts will work but I may look into it the next time at the yard. I'll take a stab & say if you refill the backing plates to match your axle it would work. This is assuming that your stock wheels will fit over the rotor/calipers & if axle shafts are the same circumference.

Don't forget the rotors would be drilled to a different bolt pattern.

I considered looking for some off a 03-04 Dodge Dakota w/ c8.25 and disc brakes. The rotors are about the same diameter, the piston bore is slightly larger and the braking surface is also slightly larger.

BUT - having just done the disc conversion myself, I can say that the KJ disc brakes do the job JUUUUUUST fine!

I'm going to try to go the Saturday before Christmas. As far as turn around goes, it all depends on if they have the parts.

No. I was sick the week before & during Christmas. Its been very cold here in the south for the past few weeks. I'll try to go soon. I'm hoping they get the yards stocked back up. Can't pull parts if no Jeeps are there. Lol

Just so we are clear:
Beside your names are your axle model. If they have 8.25 parts at the yard I will pull them, if not, I will pull 35 parts.

That's good to hear ~ so this is the better of the two that I could have had?

Now I've got to get cleaning on it and find my disc brake parts. Hopefully my donor car has the exact same diff; waiting on my wife to send me a picture of that one to determine what I've got. If it's the same then I'll have it to sell when I get all the other stuff stripped off for my 2WD to 4WD conversion.
