Jeep Cherokee Forum - FS [NorAtl]: 99 5 speed TRADE

Okay, so here's the deal. My wife is going to be commuting quite a bit this winter and I'd feel more comfortable if she used the jeep instead of her car. The issue is that my wife hates driving a manual. I spent a long time looking for this XJ and I definitely don't want to get rid of it but, a happy wife is a happy life, right? I'm not desperate to get rid of it so, I am going to be a little picky about what I trade for.

The jeep - 99, 4.0, AX15, 231, 30/35. Has 212,xxx on it but, runs great and has awesome oil pressure. Has fresh fluids, new p/s pump and high pressure line, and new master/slave. The drivers side rocker has been patched but, other than that, the body is soild. Has a couple dents and scratches and the head liner sags some. It's got heated mirrors and an overhead console as well. Everything works as it should with the exception of the rear wiper arm. Just did new cap and rotor, TPS and cleaned the throttle body. Only issues are a crack in the exhaust manifold (surprise, surprise) and there is no key. The PO got the key stuck in the ignition so he removed the whole thing and stuck a screw driver in there. I have a new key and lock cylinder for it but, I haven't installed in because the screw driver actually works pretty well lol. It has new leaf spring shackles and bushings too. Jeep is inspected until 1/16.

As far as trades go, I'm only really interested in 97-99's but, would definitely consider a different year if it was super clean or lifted. Must be an automatic, obviously. If interested, PM me or text 8147066938. Thanks.
