I've got my upgraded 96 Cherokee for sale/trade. It has a brand new drivetrain (new trans, new transfer case, both axles fully rebuilt) and a new oil pump in the engine I had done just for maintenance to keep it running perfectly. Starts up every single time and hasn't ever left me stranded. ~238k miles and still going as I drive it on weekends, the drivetrain and 4x4 work flawlessly. Details:
The Good
1996 4 door Cherokee 4x4, 4.0 I6, 5 spd Trans 3" all spring Lift (no blocks or spacers)
Dana 30 front fully rebuilt w/new 4.10 gears, U-Joints, seals, bearings
Chryco 8.25 29 Spline axles, limited slip rear, new 4.10 gears, bearings
Rear disc brake conversion (98 Grand Cherokee brakes), extended rear brake line
New trans last year, less than 10k miles
New transfer case with SYE less than 10k miles, wide chain NP231
Clutch has about 15k miles on it
237k miles on engine, new oil pump perfect oil pressure, doesn't burn/use oil
New front brake pads (hawk) and new calipers and rotors
Rock Crawler front winch bumper with reinforcing frame brackets
Grand Cherokee leather front seats
31" Duratrac tires with about 60-70% treadlife on 15" Black Rock Dune wheels
Solid Industries Front and Rear Diff Covers
Cargo area is bedlined

A/C Still works!

If I get my asking price i'll throw in most of a 6" lift I was building:
6" quality leaf packs (Otto Spring)
Upper & Lower Adjustable control arms (Teraflex)
Rubicon Express Control Arm drop brackets with braces
Extended front brake lines (Rough Country)
Rock Krawler Sway Bar Disconnects
to complete the lift you'd just need an extended track bar, coil springs.

The Bad
One tire has some high spots, not too noticable while driving
E-Brake not hooked up yet, easy to do but haven't gotten around to it
Interior is dirty, rear seat is stained
Body has dents and scratches throughout, its a runner not a beauty queen
Needs new U-Joint on front driveshaft (may do this before sale)
Missing shroud around steering column, purely cosmetic
Driver's door lock cylinder is loose, still locks, opens and closes
Rear doors are hard to open, drivers doesn't open from the outside

The Ugly
There is surface rust underneath the truck on the front floor boards, i'd planned on replacing them in the next 3 years or so. Nothing that would fail inspection or be structurally worrying. "Frame" itself is good, only the floor boards have surface rust.

TLDR: If you want an extremely reliable truck with basically a new drivetrain and don't care about looks, then this is perfect for you.
TRADES: I'm looking to trade for a very clean 2003+ Crown Victoria P71. I don't take the Jeep offroading anymore, and don't need a bad weather vehicle, which is the only reason I'm looking to sell this rig. A lot of love, time, and effort went into making this Jeep extremely reliable and fun to drive, so please don't offer me junk that has been beat on, modified with 26" rims, or any of that crap.
