2002 Grand Cherokee for Sale

I'm looking to sell my 2002 Grand Cherokee WJ Laredo with 137,xxx original miles (if you know Jeeps, you know that's low for one of these). It's equipped with the 4.0L I6, 42RE automatic transmission, and NV242 Selec-Trac transfer case (the best possible combination you can get on a WJ). I've owned the Jeep since May of 2014. Previous to me (I am the third owner), it's had two owners: the young woman I bought it from here in MD that took good care of it and did regular maintenance, and someone else in PA that was the original owner, and again, took good care of it based on maintenance history. It's a non-smoking vehicle, and is in good overall condition. There's a small tear on the side of the driver's seat that isn't anything major, and some minor dings and scratches, but nothing big. It's never been in an accident. The only modification I've made to it is putting a set of 16"x7" factory OEM alloy wheels from a 2007 Wrangler JK on it, as the clear coating on the original stock alloy wheels was beginning to peel off, and they also showed some oxidation. I have some extra wheels (one steel and two alloy) that I'll include with the Jeep as well. The issues I know about are as follows:

1.) There is an OBD code P0442 for an evap leak. I had the hoses replaced when I bought the Jeep to pass MD inspection, and most likely it's something very minor. If I were keeping the Jeep, I'd have it fixed. It's very common for a WJ to have an evap leak issue. The 'Check Engine' light comes and goes, but again, it's no big issue.
2.) The driver's side rear window regulator will need to be replaced (a common problem with WJ's)... the windows all have AVS deflectors on them, so even if the window is down a little, rain won't get in.
3.) The keyless entry remote no longer works... I'm not sure if it's a battery, or just needs reprogrammed. You can use the key to unlock the driver's door and the switch on the driver's door to unlock or lock the doors, or you could fix the issue with the remote. The Jeep isn't equipped with an alarm system, so there's no alarm to go off when you open the driver's door with the key after it's locked using the switch or remote.
4.) The A/C needs charged... the A/C blows, but not ice cold, and the heat blows VERY hot like it should. I WILL likely be charging the A/C since it's beginning to get into that time of year again when the A/C will be needed... the last time I charged it was when I bought the Jeep in 2014, and the charge lasted until September or October of this past year.

The work I've done to the Jeep in the past 6 months is as follows:

1.) I installed a brand new Duralast battery from AutoZone about a month and a half ago.
2.) I had about $600 work of brake work done by a mechanic (one new brake line, and new front and rear calipers and discs), as the old calipers were sticking, but that's fixed now. :)
3.) I had the front driver's side fender professionally replaced with a brand new fender, color matched to the factory paint. As mentioned above, the Jeep has NEVER been in an accident, it's just that the original fender had some rust on it, and I just decided to have it replaced. The replacement fender, painted and installed, cost $600.

I'm asking $3,800 or best offer (OBO). There's currently a Kenwood radio installed in place of the factory one (the factory radio worked fine, it's just that I wanted Bluetooth), but I'd like to take that with me to my next vehicle, so add about $150 to the price if you want that, or I will reinstall the factory A/M-F/M-Cassette-CD radio, which still works fine. I did, however, install a pair of Alpine 6X9" speakers in the front doors to replace the blown factory speakers, and they WILL be included in the price of the Jeep. Three keys, one keyless remote, and all original owner's manuals are included. You'll get a set of Weathertech all-weather floor mats and liners (front and rear) as well, which cost me about $200 when I bought them back in 2014. I hold a clean and clear Maryland title in my name. The Jeep is located in Baltimore, MD 21224. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for taking the time to read! :)
