I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Project for sale. I am nearly finished with a Volkswagen TDI Diesel swap into the Jeep. I have ran out of money and time to finish the project. Since I have owned it, it has gone under a full Olive Drab Green color change. This includes the engine bay, door jambs, hatch jamb, fuel filler neck and so on. The paint job was done right, no time was spent fixing the minor dents in the body because its a Jeep. I have swapped the original 4.0 motor out for a 2000 VW TDI Diesel engine. Before the motor was put into the Jeep I replaced the timing belt, roller, tensioner, cam seal, and water pump (this is my 4th TDI TB Job I use all metalnerd TB Tools) The Motor mounts were custom built for the jeep and motor and look like they were factory installed. I used an HPA VW to AX15 adapter. The AX15 was completely tore down and rebuilt with all new cage bearings, and synchros. The front and rear axle were both pulled out and a HP Dana 30 with 4.10 gears and a Ford 8.8 with 4.10 and a limited slip rear end were installed (ford 8.8 will need pinion angle set and perches welded in) All new brakes parts were installed on both axles and complete brake lines were ran from the Master to the rear axle. I also installed an Iron Rock Offroad 4" Long Arm Kit on the Jeep with a Hack and Tap Slip Yoke Eliminator. I had a custom length rear drive shaft built for it also. I have over $7000 in the parts for this Jeep and I have around 200 to 250hrs of my time getting it to this point. I ask that read through my build thread. I have the wiring almost complete. All that is left is to clean up the Jeep wiring and solder a few wires in. I can start the Jeep off the Jeep key before you buy. Because the intercooler, coolant lines, and exhaust need finished I cannot run it more than a few seconds. The following is some of the stuff that has been replaced. 2000 Jeep Cherokee AX15 Olive Drab Paint AX15 Rebuild Kit HPA Adapter Pennzoil Syncromesh 2000 VW TDI motor/harness Alh TB kit W/Cam Lock Iron Rock 4" LA Kit/8.8 Swap Parts Brake Lines Paint Supplies Brake Hoses Immo Deleted ECU Clutch Flywheel/8.8 brakes Clutch Pedal 8.8 Swap Part/Coolant Overflow Ford 8.8/HP Dana 30 Rough Country Trac Bar U joint/gloves HD Offroad Shackle Relocators Nut Strips Thermostat/Dipstick Tube Oil/temp Clutch Hydros Starter Fuel Filter Base Bracket/Alternator Fluids Bedliner/8.8 rotors D30 rotors/ujoint All that is needed to finish is two coolant lines ran, the intercooler mounted and plumbed (have a Front mount intercooler, exhaust built, tire/rims of your choice, some interior pieces need sourced because of the auto to manual conversion, and some other small things I am interested in trading for??? If you want to come out and look at it and make a low ball offer on it do not even waste my time. I have more money in parts then I am asking for the jeep not including my time and the Jeep itself. I would like to trade for an ALH TDI (prefer golf 4 door) Cummins or Duramax that might need some work. Fourwheelers, guns. Let me know. $5000 Call or text 937-four79-603four
